Marcia Wallace – Breast Cancer

Marcia Wallace had a solid career behind her, with a remarkable, Emmy-fetching voiceover of the character Mrs. Krabappel. She fought breast cancer for a very long time. But the treatments proved short of being lifesaving, and cancer claimed Wallace in 2013. In her teens, she suffered from alcohol addiction but overcame it with the help of counseling and treatment.
