Michelle Thomas – Rare Type of Cancer

Michelle Thomas made an excellent reputation for herself on shows like Family Matters and The Cosby Show. Thomas was diagnosed with an intra-abdominal desmoplastic small-round-cell tumor, which is a complex type of cancer. Thomas underwent lots of treatment and even went into the surgery room twice to check cancer. Tragically, she lost the battle in December 1998. Michelle was just 29.
