Holly Lewis – Unknown Cause

Holly Lewis was known as an actor who would play minor roles in movies. Perhaps her best performance would be the voice-over performance she gave for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Lewis left us all in June 2012, when she was 46. The cause of her death is still unknown. Some reports speculated if it could have been some accident, but nothing concrete ever came out.
