Natalie Portman – Diet & Exercise/20 pounds

Natalie Portman has been captivating audiences since she starred alongside Jean Reno in the 1994 thriller Leon: The Professional. While always slim, the actress had to take some additional weight off of her frame to play a psychologically tormented ballerina in Black Swan. With a dance studio as her gym, Portman trained for multiple hours every day and restricted her diet to nothing more than nuts, fruit, and leafy greens. Within a few months, she lost about 20 pounds.
