Born into a family full of actors, Hollywood native Blake Lively got her first big break as poor little rich girl Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl. After welcoming her second baby with husband and fellow actor Ryan Reynolds in 2016, Lively wasted no time in devoting her attention to weight loss. Thanks to regular strength training and a diet of whole, unprocessed foods, Blake slimmed down by about 60 pounds by early 2018.
