Tom Arnold – Diet & Exercise / 100 pounds
The famous actor and comedian, Tom Arnold has been struggling with various addictions, from drugs and alcohol addiction to food addiction. He gave up the last one after the birth of his child (no, we don’t think he sought family therapy for that decision). Tom introduced a modified diet plan which included cutting carbs, and gym workouts six times a week. The comedian credited his wife for helping him throughout his 100 pounds weight loss journey. Even though Tom seems to be going in the right direction, we hope he won’t end up in a rehab center for going back to his old ways.
