After almost a decade after Jimmy Kimmel Live! premiered on ABC, the host began to take his weight loss seriously, eventually managing to lose about 25 pounds. Kimmel stuck to the so-called 5:2 diet, an eating plan that requires him to eat less than 500 calories for two days a week but allows the funnyman to eat anything he wants for the remaining five days.
