Oprah Winfrey – Diet & Exercise / 77 pounds
The media mogul, Oprah Winfrey, is famous for so many things, one of which happens to be her ongoing weight loss battle. Apparently, she has been to a lot of nutrition counseling sessions trying a countless number of diets, exercise programs, and probably just about anything that didn’t involve a weight loss surgery. Oprah even turned the scale to 237 pounds at her heaviest! But these days, she is down to 160, and she looks better than ever. Since the former TV host has been a Weight Watchers member and a part-owner, she has lost 45 pounds. She admits that she finally made a shift from dieting to a complete lifestyle change.
