After Destiny’s Child’s disbanded, Kelly Rowland has opted for a quiet life, away from the spotlight. In 2014, Rowland became a mother for the very first time, and she didn’t waste any time when it came to dropping her baby weight. She started working out with the assistance of a personal trainer and went on a diet called 80/20. That means that the 80% of the food she consumed was part of a healthy diet, and the other 20% meant she could eat anything she desired. Dropping 70 pounds in just four months, she looks fabulous once more.
