Graham Elliot – Gastric Bypass Surgery / 150 pounds

After graduating in 1997, Graham Elliot quickly caught the attention of the cooking industry, becoming one of the best chefs in Chicago while being just 27 years old. He then tried his luck on television by being a judge on MasterChef and MasterChef Junior. But his love for food was just too much, and in 2013, he reached 400 lbs. A gastric bypass surgery seemed like the only option for him, and after going under the knife, he shed 150 lbs in just a year. He maintains the weight until now, and we hope that from now on, he’ll use his cooking skills more wisely.
