When Jennifer Hudson appeared on Americal Idol in 2004, it wasn’t long before people realized she was going to make it big. After the film Dreamgirls and releasing her first solo album, she was a Grammy Award and Golden Globe winner. Tragically, in 2008, her mother, nephew, and brother lost their lives in a shooting incident, and the young singer decided to change her view of life. After a three-month hiatus, she became a Weight Watchers host and lost 80 pounds in four years. She maintains her figure through a healthy diet and regular exercise.
