Perez Hilton is a 39-year-old columnist and blogger. And when we say blogger, we mean the endless source of gossip. Perez had been struggling with his weight for a long time before he decided that he had had enough with the unhealthy diet and physical inactivity. And so, in 2008, his impressive slim down transformation journey has started. The blogger chose the old-fashioned ways except that he also hired a certified personal trainer. Regular exercise and healthy nutrition resulted in his 70-pound weight loss. We hope he didn’t get sagging skin from losing all that weight.
