Angie Stone – Diet & Exercise / 75 pounds
While few extra pounds can’t hurt anyone, a significant weight gain can have hazardous effects on your health. And unfortunately, that was what happened to Angie. The artist first tried to slim down back in 2006, by joining VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club, but her final result was less than 20 pounds. Ten years after, she was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, and that’s when the real struggle started. The singer completely changed her diet and incorporated exercise in her timetable. The result was 75 pounds of weight loss, lowered cholesterol levels, and a controlled diabetes. We’re just not sure if she also got help from nutrition counseling.
