Dr. Dre was quite a busy guy during the ‘90s, and it’s no wonder he didn’t make a change earlier when it came to his looks and overall health. One of the richest rappers, Dr. Dre, packed on almost 270 pounds when he realized he needed some drastic measures. Besides his weight gain, the history of heart disease and high blood pressure in his family motivated him even more to do something about his health. Not needing any psychological therapy, the rapper only adopted a healthier lifestyle which included long workout sessions at the gym with his personal trainer, some cardio exercise, and a clean diet.
