One of the most influential and awarded artists of all time, Janet Jackson took some time off to give birth to her first child. Once she was back in the game, Janet’s shocking weight gain made her almost unrecognizable. Since a weight loss surgery wasn’t an option, she chose good old-fashioned ways to slim down. We’re not sure if she got any nutrition counseling, but we do know that diet and workout sessions helped her reach her weight loss goal. We don’t know exactly how many pounds Janet lost since she is not in best terms with her scale, but we must say that the 51-year-old singer is looking great once again.
