Ricki Lake – Diet & Exercise / 20 pounds
Mental health disorders are one of the most common causes of weight gain, and that’s exactly what happened to Ricki Lake. After years of struggling with depression, Lake had reached 260 pounds, but she lost most of them with diet and exercise, especially jogging. However, after her big weight loss, she regained some of her former pounds. In 2011, she joined Dancing with the Stars, and despite finishing in the 3rd place, she shed another 20 pounds.
