Chris Moyles – Diet & Running/70 Pounds

Chris Moyle is best known for the Radio X program titled The Chris Moyles Show. Moyles used to have some bad eating habits and he reportedly would consume about 2,000 calories in one day! He eventually realized that it was time to lose weight so he decided to switch all the junk food he was eating to healthier options like vegetables and fruits. When it comes to exercising, Moyles apparently started to incorporate running into his daily routine. Hence, he was rewarded with a 70-pound weight loss and looks way happier these days. In 2018, Moyles appeared in an episode of Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
