British celebrity chef Tom Kerridge spends most of his life around food, so it’s not hard to see how his weight spiraled out of control. The indulgences of the food services industry caught up with him in 2013, when he weighed in at a massive 420 pounds. Determined to slim down, Kerridge devised his own diet, in which he tried to eat as many foodstuffs that would stimulate his dopamine levels as possible. This idea seems to have worked, as Tom has lost a staggering 168 pounds.
