Bubbly blonde Kate Hudson is used to media scrutiny; after all, she was born into a Hollywood family, the daughter of actress Goldie Hawn and singer Bill Hudson. Kate might not have been totally surprised, then, when she attracted some attention thanks to her exceptionally large 70-pound weight gain after her first pregnancy. Working with a personal trainer, the actress spent up to six hours per day exercising to take the weight off. She also began to monitor the calories in her diet. As a result, Hudson took off the 70 pounds of pregnancy weight.
