Windell Middlebrooks – Pulmonary Embolism

Most of you might remember Windell Middlebrooks for the parts he had in TV shows like Hannah Montana and Scrubs. He was such a friendly face but he said farewell too soon when he passed away due to a pulmonary embolism when he was just 36 years old. His family accepted his death and didn’t bother to contact any medical lawyers anymore.
