David Graf – Heart Attack

David Graf seamlessly got under the skin of the Police Academy character Sgt. Tackleberry. His character portrayal received favor from fans and critics alike. He passed away owing to a heart attack he suffered on April 7, 2001, while he was attending a family wedding. Graf retired when he was 50 years old, and we just found out that his grandfather and father also died of heart attack.
