Actor Michael Nyqvist made a mark for himself with performances in movies like The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo as well as the Millennium Movies. His roles managed to impress both his audience and critics. It also led to him playing parts in films like John Wick and Ghost Protocol. In fact, he nailed the role of a new age villain. It was lung cancer that caused his death on June 27, 2017. The treatments he underwent could not save his life.
