James Avery – Complications From Open Heart Surgery

James Avery played the role of Uncle Phil on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. He was receiving separate treatments for Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and a kidney ailment. After a while, the terrible news that he died after a heart surgery, broke out. He was 68 when this happened. We hope his soul finds peace elsewhere.
