Penny Saeger – 570lbs

Penny Saeger weighed 570 lbs when she appeared on the show. She underwent a gastric sleeve surgery and was able to lose only 40 pounds. You read that right. The reason why she was only able to let go of  40 pounds was she didn’t follow the diet the doctor prescribed her.
