Penny Saeger is considered one of the most controversial personalities of the show. Despite undergoing a gastric sleeve surgery, Penny lost only 40 pounds. And that’s because she snubbed the diet her doctor was prescribing to her. We do hope that she makes a conscious effort to turn things around!
