Chay Guillory – 579 lbs

By the time Chay Guillory was entering the show, he had a long and troubling history of obesity. At 579 pounds, Chay underwent a gastric bypass surgery and perhaps an excess skin removal surgery as well; managing to shed over 200 pounds! After settling the weight issue, Chad has also performed a gender reassignment surgery and is now a transgender lady by the name of Lola; truly fulfilling her life!
