Paul Newman – Joanne Woodward | Retirement

Paul and Joanne’s marriage was one of the strongest marriages in the industry. Sadly, it came to an end in 2008 when Paul passed away at 83 years old. Paul had a battle with lung cancer and even if he was getting treatment in the hospital, cancer still got the best of him. Joanne, who is currently 87 years old, had a fruitful acting career ever since the 1950s. Her last acting project was way back in 2005 and it was a role in the movie, Empire Falls. These days, she is already in retirement. Let’s hope that she has fixed her last will and testament already so her family won’t face family law problems in the future.
